It seem that I had some issues with special characters, from accented characters to unconventional double quote characters across my site.
I just have to add a directive to include unicode support in the site configuration. I'll have to update Pkwiki on all my sites and add that configuration line.
Possibly something changed on the web server now forcing me to use that new configuration.
